3 days no restoration time

My internet went out around 3AM on Saturday morning. Several hours after we had a storm. We never lost power but woke up to no internet. The outage map shows we have an outage however it has been 3 days with absolutely no updates. Restoration time just says “as soon as possible” which tells me nothing and hasn’t updated once. I can get ahold of a real person. I just want to know how long it’s probably going to be down for. I’m starting to run out of my mobile hotspot. Thank god I never signed up for Xfinity for my phone plan or I would really be screwed. If I cant get an update soon I’m just going to go ahead and switch to a different provider. I’m in SE Michigan. Is there any update that ca be provided regarding realistic restoration time?
