Internet Speeds Not Happy

After an Xfinity internet outage on July 4th, the service came back but the speeds are extremely slow. The upload speed is actually double the download speed, which is strange. What’s going on with this? I ran a speed test, and it’s frustrating since I’m paying for Xfinity’s Fast Speed plan.
