Reporting a Down Line

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to report a downed Comcast line. The pole between my driveway and a neighbors is leaning and the line is going low blocking their driveway. Power company said to contact Comcast. I can't get a a hold of Comcast online or via phone. Not a customer and I cannot drive to a local store. Tried a mod message but they wanted me to post this first. So consider this help request posted 😄
