Travelling to Belfast on the 13th

Hellooo, me and my partner will be landing in Belfast on the 13th for a night. I haven’t left England for about 15 years so naturally I’m a little nervous however obviously at the moment there is a lot going on in the news about NI. I know it’s just a small minority but I’m still a bit anxious about whether we will be safe. We will be going for a concert so getting back to our hotel quite late and stuff. I guess I just need a little reassuring that we’ll be completely fine lol. We were recommended to stay in the Cathedral Quarter and told it would be safest there.

Also any advice on travel from Belfast City Airport to the Cathedral Quarter? As I understand it will be a bank holiday and road closures. Would bus or uber be better? I wanted to get the bus to save on money if it’s running but not sure if there’s an easier option.
And anything to do on the 14th or places to eat please recommend!
I’ve been using the parades commission website thing but I don’t fully understand how to read it lol
