What other options do I have for plans?

So I just got notification that my next bill will go from $85.90 to $105. We can lock in fje $105 for 5 years. However, with auto pay it would be $95.90. We can get internet at half the speed for $86. We have whatever the highest speed we can get in our area is at zip code 15681. Which is a Saltsburg, PA zip code but our internet is in the village of Iselin. We don’t have another choice for Internet companies in our area. I also saw that there is a discount program for people who are on Social Security, food, stamps, etc. Our household has Social Security disability, food, stamps, and Medicaid. The only thing I could find online for that though is a much slower speed Internet with those discounts. Is there a cheap cheaper plan that we can go with that still gets the maximum speed for our area? Can we still get the maximum speed and a discount for receiving disability and social services?
