Finding a new role assistance

I was considering using csguru.com, but they want $3500 as a retainer PLUS a 6% "Success Fee" of whatever the base salary is payable within 4 installments, first payment due 30 days after the new job start. Absolutely crazy (a predatory) IMO. it will end up being around $10,000+ at a minimum total assuming a minimum base salary of $100k which would likely be higher than that.

Has anyone had any luck with any headhunter/recruiting services that they can recommend?

I'll post a copy of their agreement for reference.

Their agreement also seems to infer you may need to pay for software and some other fees. I knew it sounded too good to be true!
