[Android Web old Reddit] 5 day old post previously approved / reports ignored appeared in modlog today with Custom Report & those are disabled in sub

Was told over at modsupport to post here. I have screenshots but on imgur and I failed at blurring the username, so don't want to post that screenshot publicly.

Please advise.
