A List of Ahlus-Sunnah Scholars Branded "Enemies of Islam" by the Haddaadiyyah

--( بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله )--

The purpose of this compilation is to show, through direct references, how earlier, recent, and contemporary scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah spoke about imam Abu Haneefah, imam an-Nawawi, and al-Haafidh ibn Hajar. It gathers statements in which these scholars referred to them with titles such as "imam" and "al-Haafidh", asked Allah to have mercy upon them, praised their knowledge and service to the Ummah, or recognized the benefit found in their works.

This does not mean that the scholars agreed with them in every matter or refrained from clarifying errors attributed to them. Rather, it demonstrates the important difference between constructive scholarly criticism and mere disparagement. The scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah may clarify mistakes while still remaining just, recognizing virtue, preserving the status of the scholars, and speaking with knowledge, manners, and balance.

This compilation is particularly relevant because the Haddaadiyyah sect attempts to present harshness and disparagement against these imams as though this were the only position of Ahlus-Sunnah. They hide or avoid the numerous favorable statements of the scholars because these statements expose the false principles upon which their approach is built. The following references provide clear evidence of how the scholars actually approached imam Abu Haneefah, imam an-Nawawi, and al-Haafidh ibn Hajar.

The list begins with members and signatories of the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Iftaa', followed by other later and earlier scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah.

These are the recent and contemporary scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah who would be considered "enemies of Islam" by the Haddaadiyyah sect because they go against their false principles of disparagement against imam Abu Haneefah, imam an-Nawawi, and al-Haafidh ibn Hajar.

There are more lists of favorable words by great scholars which the Haddaadiyyah sect has resorted to taqiyyah to deliberately hide, depriving you all of this valuable understanding. They would make it seem that there is only "harshness" and "disparagement" against these imams, and they are not going to teach you what al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel is all about, how it is studied, or who you can learn from today among the contemporary scholars of hadith. Otherwise, you will come to realize that they are not showing you the sources of this knowledge, which books, or which explanatory lectures in this science, except for you to realize that there is a difference between scholarly criticism that is constructive and disparagement.

We have previously proven that shaykh 'Abdul-Kareem al-Khudayr, shaykh Saalih Aal ash-Shaykh, and others clarified the misconceptions surrounding imam Abu Haneefah and his madhhab from, for example, Kitab as-Sunnah by 'Abdullah ibn imam Ahmad. However, the lies, manipulations, and deceptions of the Haddaadiyyah in what they propagate to the youth are nothing but what may seem like disparagement against imam Abu Haneefah and his madhhab. They have no scholarly precedence, except that you will come to realize that they misuse and abuse the names of the scholars only to appeal to you in one aspect of what they seem to be "correct" about, intending it with vileness. However, the contrast is clear, as the way Ahlus-Sunnah scholars approach these matters is not with ugliness in behavior or foul language.

Rather, they want to divorce you, deprive you, cut you off, and remove you from these past and contemporary Ahlus-Sunnah scholars. How else are they not disparaging this list of scholars, except for you who convey from them? This is their taqiyyah and dajjaalic deception of saying that these are also "enemies of Islam", "modajana", "homosexuals", and other unbefitting descriptions they use against you because you convey from them.

As the recent brother who recanted from the Haddaadiyyah sect described it, they want to say about themselves that "they alone understand the Salaf", despite not being scholars, yet these past and contemporary scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah are all complacent, hiding this knowledge, or are all ignorant. No, they declare takfeer on you for conveying from them, but in reality, they declare takfeer on everyone unless you conform to their false principles regarding the consideration of Abu Haneefah, an-Nawawi, ibn Hajar, and others as imams. This is Khaariji extremism of chain takfeer and tabdee'. If you do not declare takfeer on them, you are questionable.

In short, this shows that the Haddaadiyyah sect is full of nifaaq, contradictions, lies, manipulations, and deceptions, and shows how vile and misguided they are, how they oppose the scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah, and how they actually have no scholars with them. They claim that they alone understand the Salaf, or act as though citing from the Salaf constitutes understanding. Yet, despite not being scholars of hadith, they claim to be able to grade the authenticity of narrations. At the end of the day, they are all pretentious and ignorant.
