Worried about my orange girl. She won’t stop scratching and has developed a rash. Anyone deal with something similar?

Hey everyone, looking for some advice or reassurance here.
My sweet cat has been scratching herself like crazy the past few days, and I’ve noticed these red, irritated rashes developing a bit around her eyes and ears.
Here’s the backstory: We recently rehomed a kitten who was dealing with the exact same scratching and rash issues right before they left, so I’m 99% sure she caught whatever this is directly from the kitten.
I'm definitely going to get her looked at, but since it's the weekend and it's driving her crazy, I wanted to check if anyone has seen this specific kind of contagious flare-up before? Could it be mange/mites, a severe flea allergy, or something fungal like ringworm?
Also, if anyone has tips on how to safely soothe her skin or keep her from scratching it raw while we get this sorted out, I would incredibly appreciate it! Thanks so much.
