Concern over behaviour since visiting the vet.

General Advice

I (31F, Canada) took my cat (9ish, male, neutered) to the vet on Wednesday because he had stopped eating his dry food (previous dental issues so I was worried) the vet noticed his tonsils were a little inflamed so sent him home with an oral rinse and anti-inflammatory medication.

Cat has been taking everything well, continues to eat his wet food and is acting relatively normal. He’s eating his wet food, ate some dry food and has peed 2 times.

The concern i’ve had is that the last two mornings he’s puked up a clear liquid with a bit of fur in it and as of this morning he hasn’t pooped in 24hrs. That being said I also realized in my switch to a wet food diet I was not feeding him enough for his size.

I am also very prone to panicking about my cat and while I can afford to go to the vet if necessary I also tend to overreact and assume it’s worse case scenario. I don’t want to stress my cat out with another unnecessary vet visit.

Vet isn’t open for another hour so I haven’t called yet. I guess i’m just wondering if I should give it another day and see or if this is an ASAP visit.

TLDR; cat went to vets and was prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. Basically acting normal but a few minor issues like fur balls and bowel movements are worrying me.
