Long time diagnosed.

Advice

Hey my fellow spoonie, unicorn baddies!

I’ve got a question.

I have a VP shunt, placed in 2017
I have fluctuated weight 100 lbs down and prob 80 pounds back in the last 2 yrs ( yay for menopause, and my momma passing)

I’ve had this weird feeling/sensation for nearly 4 months in my head on the shunt side. Kinda like what a muscle spasm feels like.

I had a ct done around when I started feeling this. It was fine.

Over the last few days that sensation, now the “ throbbing we hear in our ears type thing” and pre- IIH a nasty throbbing headache felt like.

Popping and crackling in my ears like when you fly and change altitude type thing.

I’ve taken muscle relaxers , treated it as a migraine with maxalt, take a daily Benadryl because I get allergies, but thought maybe it could help if I have sinus problems.
Ohhh and the apartment I live in is mold filled from like 1950. ( I’m moving in the next few weeks)

Allll this to say… ( and sorry for this long post) should I be concerned enough to get another ct or mri?

It’s driving me bonkers!!!!
Any helpful advice would be sooooooo helpful!!!!!!
