Hi, do you take berberine while on ADF?

I'm beginner ADF, (stopped 1 week before and during period) so more or less 3 weeks on ADF.

I'm taking inositol and glutathione for my PCOS, I will be adding berberine too. How's your experience taking berberine on a fast day?
