Possible suspicion of vitamin/iron defficiency or just stress insomnia 26M 172cm , 65-66kg (more details in text)

Apologies if this seems like an overreaction

No lost weight , no weird skin colors,no sudden diet changes(except on a 3 day trip that worsened it for a moment - the described seems to worsen on several day trips outside town in general), no morning headaches, just feel weak, tired , sleepy too often. No higher temperature. Easily reaching high pulse, tachecardia, feeling on edge. Trying to prevent/lower it somehow when needed. It gets better after a few days with the same routine and worse when a new experience is present.

Very easily triggered anxiety and nervous episodes - can cofirm its a difficult change moment in life right now. Have tested with magnesium glycinate a few days, ashwaganda only if needed through the day( only three times with big pauses between), have taken half a xanax as well - that was only twice . Took concor twice as well for the pulse (all of the above on different days). All of them relaxed me a bit - wondering if I can continue the magnesium glycinate for now and to use ashawaganda only if very needed. Blood pressure is within expected numbers.

No history of fainting or any other serious symptoms. Cardiologist says I have nothing to worry about after cardiogram checkup and thyroid check - recommended to use Magnesium+ B6 and to try to slowly amp up strength exercise (im taking the mag+B6 since ;it has been a few days; have gone to the gym before and have ran as well but not too consistent which I plan to improve) . Have issues with incorrect hunched forward posture that im trying to fix.

Tend to sleep with mouth open and wake up with dry white little flaxes on lip corners.

Overextended myself physically for a few days after a long time of sedentary days (office job)which caused the higher pulse that even stayed while laying down sometimes. I did have poor sleep almost the entirety of that trip. It also made me feel hot inside without having higher temperature (I was exposed to the sun but it wasnt that hot and I drank plenty of water), I even "felt" the spores on my head from time to time(these feelings are not present right now).

Also noticed that I drink and eat more slowly and in smaller bites and sips than most people - I have had a scary food choke before so this might have triggered it, not sure.

Will try to go to sleep earlier . Its not easy for me to fall asleep fast- noticing that I am way too vigiliant when going to sleep as if Im not supposed to. Even measured few nights with a smart watch they looked normal in numbers.

Just wanted to confirm if this all can be fixed by sleep and exercise or I should have blood work in mind.
