Air Fryer Steak

i have been told many times "you can't cook steak in an air fryer". lucky me has a butcher right in the way of my commute home for lunch, so i often pick up a peppered porterhouse or similar. today i found some nice looking rump at Woolworths so that got the call up. 10 mins at 200°C then flip and another 5 mins again at 200°C. seasoned with Webber Beef Low and Slow rub.
