72 hours passed since ESTA application

i leave for the us on tuesday, i applied for este with my croatian passport and i thought it was only gonna take a few minutes before i get approved but its been over 72 hours now and nothing.
I thought it could take longer because i checked yes on the question if i was ever denied a visa, i was in 2019 because i was in uni and i guess they didnt think i would come back, but i submitted that with my serbian passport, and after that i got a vise for 10 years on my serbian passport, and the visa is still good, i just thought to travel with the croatian passport because im coming from spain and i entred spain with the croatian passport.
Is it taking longer for everyone, has anyone had a longer waiting time? if the answer doesnt come in time or is denied can i just enter with the visa i have in the serbian passport?
