7 weeks on mounjaro and lost 8kg.

5mg

I was 113 kg and now 105kg which still doesn't feel much and lowkey is still a long way to go anyways.

currently on 5mg but was on 2.5mg. by fourth week definitely it worn off.

I am lazy, don't do excercise. I would like to get back into it tho.

My point is I think the perfect thing about monjuro is you don't need to be perfect to see results. I understand that the whole diet thing is to make sure you build healthy habits but ultimately, it's crazy to me that I don't find myself thinking about food most of the week.

It mostly wears off when it's the time for my next shot but it is not to a crazy extent. It just is like "oh huh seems like im in the kitchen a lot today"

It's just insane to me that I have NOT been rummaging through my cupboards trying to get a snack or feeling the need to binge or having the desire to have sugary foods. Like I do still have the occasional sweet treat but really I am not actively making it apart of my every day.

I am perfectly satisfied and I feel like I am mimicking a normal person's idea of food - which is better than thinking about my next meal.

If you do come across this post and you are interested in it but skeptical, I was the same way but then once I've been on them, I wonder how did I not get on this yesterday.
