Muscle weakness, hand tremors, pins and needles at age 30

TLDR: Could lack of strength, muscle weakness, hand tremors, pins and needles, RLS all be symptoms of low muscle density and Vitamin deficiencies or could it be a neurological issue?

I’m 30 Female with average height and weight. I’m generally overall healthy. I’m in a profession that doesn’t require much physical effort.

Although I have normal BMI, I have muscle density in borderline low and more fat, discovered during a body composition scan.

It’s not a regular occurrence but sometimes I get weakness and tremors in my hands. Like palms shaking right after holding something heavy or doing even the least strenuous tasks (like chopping vegetables). I’m also very weak in terms of lifting or moving heavy things, like I can’t even comfortably lift a bucket of water. Looks like I’m doing a deadlift. I also frequently get muscle twitches in legs and restless legs at night keeping me up. I also get pins and needles in my lower legs from just sitting in a normal position but for too long.

Could this just be due to the low muscle density or vitamin B12 deficiency, or could this be a neurological issue early symptoms.
