My 13 year old Japanese spitz dog started having strange episodes since 16 hours ago. He is currently taking pantoprazole and Doxycycline for a suspected Ehrlichiosis infection since 3 weeks. Blood test 1 week ago showed platelets and liver enzymes improvement.
His left hind-leg keeps kicking randomly and tail vibrates at the same time. The leg kicking is similar to what they do if we tickle their paw furs.
Every thing else is normal. He walks normal and he is drinking water, going to the bathroom and eating normally but he is unable to rest. This has kept him up all night and he gets agitated when it happens too strongly. He is able to fall asleep for a few minutes at a time but his leg
TLDR: Could lack of strength, muscle weakness, hand tremors, pins and needles, RLS all be symptoms of low muscle density and Vitamin deficiencies or could it be a neurological issue?
I’m 30 Female with average height and weight. I’m generally overall healthy. I’m in a profession that doesn’t require much physical effort.
Although I have normal BMI, I have muscle density in borderline low and more fat, discovered during a body composition scan.
It’s not a regular occurrence but sometimes I get weakness and tremors in my hands. Like palms shaking right after holding something heavy or doing even the least strenuous tasks (like chopping vegetables). I’m also very weak in terms of lifting o
I’m so tired of my friends and others suggesting me this or that product to “fix my curls”
Whereas MY preferred routine: JUST shampoo, and end up with frizz and loose curls. But I don’t mind it.
I have tried many products and many routines but I cannot even tolerate a simple conditioner on my hair, let alone leave-in conditioners or mouse or serum or anything.
Not allergic, although it does give me more acne. I just DESPISE how it feels. I dislike the smell, the greasy or heavy feeling, the stiffness. It feels like I washed my hair just to immediately end up with dirty hair.
Does anyone else relate? Is there any product you found that you could tolerate?
TLDR: If I’ve only had one yeast infection a year and it clears up with OTC topical clotrimazole, do I really need to take strong prescription oral antifungal like itraconazole?
So since 2022 I’ve had 4 yeast infections total. The first was due to a UTI antibiotics treatment. One year later same thing, UTI treatment followed by YI. Third was random, it just showed up. And fourth (current one) is after a trek, probably due to sweat/stress.
So far, just a 6 day Clotrimazole gel application clears the infection up for more than a whole year. But I went to my gyno recently and she prescribed me itraconazole. Looking it up it’s a strong anti-fungal for really persistent infections which I feel

reddit.comMy cousin wants a smart watch for his birthday, he’s turning 12. And he wants one with games.
Is there any quality brands on the cheaper side (preferably around 6-7K) that have games available.
I myself have an AQ Fit smart watch (quite cheap, just 3500 and has lasted a long time) but it’s mostly only for fitness tracking and doesn’t have any other specs.
So we need to get something different for the kid.
I have been researching menstrual discs. However, I found something worrisome. A lot of people are saying that they feel a strong suction while removing the disc as there is no way to release the seal (like by pressing the bottom in case of the cup). So they push down or bear down on it to make it easier to remove.
What I find worrying is that it is exactly these two things that menstrual cup guides say to absolutely avoid.
It is clearly stated in cup guides that you are not supposed to bear down on the cup, and you are not supposed to pull the cup out without releasing the seal.
It is not just about the cramps it causes, my fear is that such suction on the pelvic floor combined with b
It happened this morning while doing my regular light exercise like squats, lunges, laid-down cycling, planks, situps, and crunches. So I was just doing my squats (no weights), and when I got back up, I got this intense stabbing pain at the base of my spine, a little above the tailbone. I had to hold onto the table and stay still until it stopped hurting.
Then, it wasn’t so bad, and I could move around carefully. So I went to work. But it gradually got worse with the travel and movement. Now I’m back home, and I can barely move. I have to hold onto the walls to walk.
Certain movements give a ‘popping’ that I can hear and feel at the spine with sharp and stabbing, debilitating pain. I can
TLDR: A little cavity in a pre-molar tooth with a years old filling is releasing salty taste.
So I have a premolar tooth that has a filling. I got it filled years ago as a kid.
Recently, about a year ago, I noticed that there’s a little hole on the side of the tooth’s upper surface, right on the edge of the filling. I went for a teeth cleaning and the dentist didn’t seem to notice it. He mentioned my fillings but said everything looks okay, so I didn’t ask about it.
But in the recent weeks I’ve started getting a salty taste in my mouth and it seems to be originating from inside that small cavity.
There’s no pain or swelling, no other symptoms of an infection.
So I’m wondering, is t
I want to surprise my husband, who lives in the Bay Area, with an excellent cake at his apartment on his birthday. He’s currently there for work, and I have never been to Bay Area or SF so I have no clue where to order it from and what’s good.
Could someone please advise me on this?

Please, need help for upcoming trip.
We need to travel from our hotel at Ao Nang Beach to Railay Princess Resort and Spa, in East Railay, right next to the Floating Pier.
We may have luggage - two LARGE suitcases (if the hotel at Ao Nang doesn’t agree to store it for us for a few nights).
We know that there are several boats from Ao Nang Beach to West Railay, but what is the boat schedule and cost like from Ao Nam Mao Pier to Floating Pier.
Which is the better choice?
-
Take boat from Ao Nang to West Railay and walk to east Railay (with our huge luggage in tow)
-
Take Grab from Ao Nang beach to Ao Nam Mao Pier, and take boat to Floating pier east Railay.
I have dry skin that sucks up moisturizer like a sponge. I am using Nivea Soft as it’s so cheap and feels soo hydrating, but I think that is what is causing my clogged pores and papule acne.
Using Retinol (0.2%) already to help un-clog pores. But still have papules on face edges.
I need suggestions for non-comedogenic moisturizers that won’t clog pores, but also not so expensive. Looked at CeraVe and Neutrogena but they cost a fortune! And like I said my skin absorbs it like a sponge so I can’t afford those.
Only other product I use is La Roche-Posay mineral sunscreen and reviews plus the product already says ‘non-comedogenic’ so I’m sure the cheap Nivea moisturizer is to blame.
