Are there sites, subreddits or other groups to find people to do a collaborative writing project?

I like writing but I'm generally pretty terrible at authoring main plotlines and outlining a character. I love individual sceme writing, world building and constructing systems, but I can't construct the initial scaffolding in a way I like. Are there places to meet other authors that would like to build a story together?
