Just watched a man pee on the platform at porter, so for my next ride I’m not paying.

I charge a fee of 2.40 dollars for every time I watch someone go to the bathroom, use drugs, etc. the fee is retroactive to the fare I pay to ride the t following the incident. I think this is fair.
