Cat's water broke 2 hrs ago but she's indifferent

shes 3 yrs old, persian (punch-face). no medical history as shes always been healthy and happy, never been sick.

her water broke 2 hrs ago but she hasnt started pushing/straining yet. shes normal like she usually is but im kind of freaking out. should i be worried?
