is it worth it to include my 25 act score while applying for UW Madison ?

Application Question

i only got a 25 on my act during junior year (incoming senior now). though a 25 is above the state average in wisconsin, im aware that its not good for students who are seeking to attend madison (ive seen that the average is about 28-33).

these are basically the general stats that i've included on my common app so far:

i have a 3.9 gpa (4.0 uw), ive taken 3 ap's so far, and ive passed all of them but theyre not outstanding courses and ive never gotten a five on any exam (3 ap hug, 3 ap spanish lang, 4 ap chemistry) i plan on taking 3 ap classes senior year though. my extracurriculars aren't that great either, ive been in only 3 clubs since sophomore year, i plan to join another one senior year and hopefully gain an officer title in one of them, no sports, working on getting some more volunteer hours before the early decision deadline, and i also have had a job since august 2025

just wanted to know if submitting my 25 act score would negatively impact my chances for madison or any advice would be helpful
