CEO/President of my company is requiring a "process mapping review" to be completed through ChatGPT. What are my rights?
As the title says, I received an email from the president of my company, very obviously written with ChatGPT, saying that I must submit a "process mapping review" using ChatGPT due in a couple weeks from now. It includes detailed instructions in a copy/paste prompt that I am supposed to essentially do a very detailed interview with the AI, and he even encourages using the voice feature to record my answers, instead of typing any of the answers back. The prompt includes over 100 questions/statements, all in extreme detail about my job and how I accomplish my tasks on a daily basis. I am extremely uncomfortable with this, and have already decided I will not be doing it, even if it means leaving the company. Here is the first few sentences of the extremely long prompt that I'm supposed to feed it:
"You are acting as an experienced business process analyst and workflow consultant.
Your job is to interview me conversationally about my role, responsibilities, and the processes I perform as part of my job.
The ultimate objective is to document exactly how work moves through my role and to create a clear workflow/process diagram showing: (insert a shit ton of invasive questions here)"
If I were to get fired over this, like for insubordination for example, could I take any sort of legal action? This feels extremely predatory to me, just not really sure what to do about it.
