LP and lower pressure

Currently recovering from my LP with an opening pressure of 31 and confirmed IIH. The closing pressure was 10, so low end of normal and that’s a big difference in pressures. Looking for any experienced in adjusting to that big of a pressure difference? Tips, encouragement, anything ya got!
