Help with HSV IgG 1&2 test

So today i gave blood sample for HSV 1&2 IgG test, my last exposure was about 6 weeks ago with a Sex worker with protection, she gave me a BJ with protection on other than that no oral sex was performed, ive had fissure before that and after the exposure the fissure healed and another one appeared, ive had pain only during bowel moments, and a few days later the fissure has completely healed, i dont have any fissure as of now, i did not have an fever, no fluid filled blisters, no body aches, although had cold but it lasted for only 1 - 2 days, today i gave my blood sample for HSV 1&2, i have tested for HIV 1&2 antibodies rapid at 28 days and it came back negative, iam worried if hsv 1&2 IgG is conclusive at 6 week mark ? Im just super scared right now. Please help
