Just found out I'm having a Valentine's day baby

Birth Announcement 🐣

I've been sick for months. In and out of the doctor trying to find out what's wrong. Missed periods, negative pregnancy tests, the doctors telling me it's just perimenopause and this is life now. It's not my first pregnancy so I've been confused that menopause is so much like pregnancy. I'm only 40 btw. .

Cue a positive pregnancy test on 8/1 after months of negatives. I assumed multiples or father along than we thought. The ultrasound yesterday and we are 13 Weeks due in February. My sister "knew it" because the same thing happened to her with her 2nd.

So here we are having a baby SOON. Thankfully, I already have most of the gear from baby #1. I just have to restock clothes and other disposables. I know the brands I like and don't have to research that. I know what I used and don't have the overwhelming decision overload. I know how to prep and stock my freezer.

Just ooph, sooner than I expected by a lot. I was thinking April.
