Anxious about my hiv results

Hello everyone! To summarise my situation i had unprotected sex with a couple of guys when i was 17 (i was ignorant at the time and its the most stupid thing i ever did) i never rlly got tested for stds until last year when i found out there’s a walk in clinic i can go to . They ran 3 Abbott 4th gen rapid tests on me well after the window periods and turned out to be negative so i was relieved at the time and never had any sex encounters ever since. Now im a med student and Last week i went to a lab my cousin and her friend work in to get tested to start my hospital training and they sent some of the results they finished early everything turned out normal except the hiv results turned out to be reactive. I contacted the lab technicians (my cousin and her friend who ran my tests and they said everything is normal and if there is a positive hiv test we would have called u in immediately for confirmatory testing and laughed at me when i said that I read the test as reactive, they said that the minute they finish work they will send a voice memo explaining the results , anyway I went to another lab to get my lab drawn for another combo hiv 4thgen test and now waiting for the results

Im just rlly confused and trying not to panic cuz if im in fact hiv positive they wont even let me start my hospital training 😕.
