TLDR at the end

Hey everybody, this is my first post here and I'm extremely frazzled. I \[26f\] got my 3 year old female cat, Hayley, spayed a couple days ago on the 11th and it has been a nightmare.

I can't seem to find anything to definitively keep her from licking her wound: I've tried the e-collar, a recovery suit, a cut up t-shirt, fuzzy sock collar, a paper plate collar, and a cardboard collar, all to no avail.

She violently thrashes around if anything is on her neck for more than 10 minutes, if anything is restricting her arms or legs she thrashes, and the only thing she leaves on is the t-shirt that's only around her torso (which constanly rides up and exposes the wound).

While writing this, I had to stop her from grooming her incision yet again, then she decided to just groom OVER the t-shirt, so I put the now cut up recovery suit over the t-shirt to try to negate that.

I am at my wit's end dealing with my own medical crisis that started this year, and her not being receptive to any foolproof method is exhausting me further. I have no funds to go to the vet if she does open her wound because I've been out of work due to my medical issue.

The reason I decided to get her spayed now is that I was approved in January through my state program to get my two cats spayed for free. Me, not thinking about how stressful it would be, scheduled the earliest appointment times because they are long overdue and every other time I've called they've been booked up, but now I feel like this was a mistake to do atm.

My other cat is scheduled for next week and I'm scared it's gonna be the same issue, but this month is the only month I can have my brother watch them while I got to the bathroom or go to make food, then it'll be months before he's off school again.

I'm also scared that she's already infected the wound because there is a black spot at the top of her incision that wasn't there yesterday, it was pink yesterday, so it could be a scab but I'm not certain.

She's confined to a playpen because she would hide in my room, slip off the t-shirt, and groom where I couldn't see her, but I know she hates the pen because she broke the stitching at the top of it and now every so often tries to break out while meowing, and she rarely meows.

I'm sorry for the long post, but I would appreciate any help or advice regarding this situation, I feel like an idiot for not thinking this through enough.

TLDR: Recently spayed cat won't stop licking incision and violently thrashes around when neck, arms, or legs are restrained. Possible infection in 2nd photo, but could be a scab, as it was pink yesterday. Doubting if I should get my other cat spayed next week, due to stress. No funds for a vet due to unemployment from suffering a medical condition.

1st picture is the night of the spay, 2nd picture is from today (2 days later), 3rd picture is my restless baby in the t-shirt.
