Need advice ASAP

Hey everyone so long story short I hooked up with a girl who told me she had HSV1 oral. She said she never knew she had it as she never had any outbreaks, or symptoms. She found out 4 months ago. I didn’t think much of it and honestly didn’t know much about the STD. I had protected sex with her but didn’t realize that the condom had broke until after. I didn’t do any oral sex, I gave her a slight peck kiss if anything. The day after I had a mark (not necessarily a bump) but just slightly raised. The mark went away pretty much the day after or two but there’s a slight scar that was left. I haven’t had any of the symptoms of HSV1 besides I would randomly feel some sort of internal discomfort/pain on my penis, but when I would look down and observe I wouldn’t see anything. I’m not sure if it’s my anxiety that’s making me feel the discomfort because it will happen randomly. I don’t feel any urine pain, it’s just discomfort when I think about it and I’m not doing anything. I haven’t gotten any new bumps or anything. I did notice some slight discoloration but I’m not sure if that was there from before or it formed after. I think it formed after. I would wake up and feel fine and then through out the day I would think about it and then randomly feel it. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I want to get tested but I’ve heard 3 weeks is too early. I’m just extremely worried and don’t know what to do.
