First time advice - group sex

We have 30 mg pressed tabs from a good guy I trust… any recs on dosing or timing?

I’ve read through several posts but I was hoping to get some more specific advice considering what we will be doing. Basically, good music at the pool, group sex and good conversation.

Anything recommended for the comedown? I always love a bump or two of K after stims…
