H1b Interview Questions

Had a couple of questions since my H1B Biometric and interview are coming up

Background info - high school in India, bachelors in US, been on H1B since last year, finally got my H1B appointments and traveling to India for it soon

My questions

- Does the location for the DS 160 match the location for the biometric and/or the interview? From what I understand they need to be in the same country but they are not required to be in the same city

- My DS 160 was filed in May and it has only been 4 months so most information is the same. I am aware that if it is over a year then I am needed to fill it again, but since it has been 4 months, I want to confirm that I do not need to. Would you guys still recommend resubmitting it?

- Degree certificates - For high school graduation and college diplomas. Are these needed and are copies good enough? Unsure if I can get the originals but can try to

- Previous W2s - Are these needed? I was on a 1099 contract before so I will take those but am on a W2 from start of this year. Yes I will take paystubs from last 3 months.
