Had a couple of questions since my H1B Biometric and interview are coming up

Background info - high school in India, bachelors in US, been on H1B since last year, finally got my H1B appointments and traveling to India for it soon

My questions

- Does the location for the DS 160 match the location for the biometric and/or the interview? From what I understand they need to be in the same country but they are not required to be in the same city

- My DS 160 was filed in May and it has only been 4 months so most information is the same. I am aware that if it is over a year then I am needed to fill it again, but since it has been 4 months, I want to confirm that I do not need to. Would you

Been in Houston for 3 years now with a remote SWE job at a small startup. Am on H1B.

75k is actually pretty decent for Houston but don't have any savings/investments as of now, just an emergency fund somewhat.

I obviously want a new job where I can invest and plan my future and all but tried applying last year and it was depressing and then stopped

The other issue is I am not sure how much I am learning at the job like skills which could help me get a new job cause a lot of the work I do feels pretty basic. Like I have applied things I learned in college, but in terms of new things I learnt there is not that much tbh

Idk if I should just continue the current job, try getting a new job o

  • No gerrymandering argument
  • Voters not party leaders decide who gets seats
  • Relatively simple to understand from a voters perspective
  • “Local representative” argument -  pretty weak imo, a lot of people don’t really know the person they are voting for
  • There is enough media and information for everyone to get all the information they need
  • If the split is 60/40 in a state with 50 seats then there would always be 30/20 split with the candidates going to congress.
  • Maybe even some smaller parties might get a couple of seats leading to changes, new discussions
  • I realize it doesn’t change much for states with 1 seat but I think would improve things by a margin for states with a lo

So, I am on a H1B visa and am hoping to eventually move to green card, etc process.

A good friend of mine who is a US citizen got a DUI and needs some reference letters to attest to his character, etc for a court hearing. From what I understand they are mainly so he can make a argument that he is an upstanding citizen, etc. I do trust that he is a good person who just made a mistake and won't do it again.

My question is does it affect my H1B visa or future green card or anything if I write the reference letter?

I personally don't think it should and also the departments are completely different, etc. But it technically is showing associations to someone who committed a crime and someon

What if Yuji had decided to argue that it was Sukuna who had control of his body and he had not willingly given up control? Would judgeman have declared Yuji innocent?

In that case is there any penalty on Higuruma? Does Yuji's cursed energy return when they come back to the real world?
