Should I apply or Wait? YPP

Looking for some advice!

I have recently hit the threshold for joining the YouTube Partner Program as I hit over 4k watch hours and have over 1200 subs. However, I have reframed from hitting apply as I was wanted to ask advice from ye all on what I should do.

My channel is based off doing blue hour Dark Ambient music content around forests (in particular Irish forests), I go out filming when I can and then create music videos for Dark Ambient Music. Some of those videos have been doing extremely well (one of them is pretty much pulling all those hours in).

Catch, I have potential earning limitations on all those videos apart from a few ambient videos. Which mentions that there could be some revenue share on those videos, or not able to monetized them.

I am planning of making my own Dark Ambient music, I already have a Spotify account for forest ambient sounds so it would be easy enough under my channel name to do music also which is something I am working on. I am also planning to do some storys/mini movies based in forest (most likely horror as it's so easy)

Should I wait to have a few of my own songs on videos/stories or should I just go for it?
