Applying to RTX - resume formatting advice?

RTX General

Hey y’all, I’m considering applying for a compliance and or auditing role with RTX corporate. Most of the positions seem to require linear experience, however I don’t really have that? I guess I have what I’d affectionately refer to as a “gotta catch ‘em all” attitude when it comes to learning regulatory frameworks (thanks AuDHD lol), I have a fairly easy time adapting to/learning new ones and consider it a past time at this point. I do have formal legal training and probably have around 5-6 +2 years of paralegal training.

I’m not really sure how I should structure my resume because I’ve heard linear is best, the issue is it’s not linear - without the roles if I just choose one it just adds up to 1-2 years, at the moment I have it showcasing a timeline where I can hop between various federal/state regulations with ease. I’d call it general experience in the sense that I have a fairly easy time interpreting statutes because it all basically follows a similar code. Thanks in advance.
