reddit.comJust called cfpb asked if my check was scheduled to mail out in the batch going out this week. They told me they could see my check got mailed out earlier today. Lock in yall IT’S HAPPENING.
Title says it all…submitted my request back on July 16 told me my check would go out in the first batch. August 3rd came and went, no check. Told there was a second batch at the end of August my check would be sent out then. Confirmed there was no batch scheduled for late August. Told to call first week of September, still no update besides they can see my check is scheduled for the second batch, would not provide a date. Feels like they’re playing with my money atp im about to get the state AG involved lol
Before anyone asks if you didn’t get an email saying you were determined to be an affected member then you aren’t part of the restitution payments and will not be getting a check. There’
I have a background primarily in high risk/highly regulated industries - from state government agencies to healthcare, particularly escalating/flagging issues with insurance billing and assisting with the determination of welfare benefits. I have extensive community advocacy work that involved collaborating with state governmental agencies during investigations, two of which resulted in local corporations being held legally liable & cited, one of which I’m aware of my work led directly to the state DA picking the case up lol. This occurred after I did try warning them, and recommending fixes (assessing legal risks). Which went ignored.
I have experience with volunteer work that involved ta

Hey y’all, I’m considering applying for a compliance and or auditing role with RTX corporate. Most of the positions seem to require linear experience, however I don’t really have that? I guess I have what I’d affectionately refer to as a “gotta catch ‘em all” attitude when it comes to learning regulatory frameworks (thanks AuDHD lol), I have a fairly easy time adapting to/learning new ones and consider it a past time at this point. I do have formal legal training and probably have around 5-6 +2 years of paralegal training.
I’m not really sure how I should structure my resume because I’ve heard linear is best, the issue is it’s not linear - without the roles if I just choose one it just add
To sum up the job search in four words…it’s not going well. Prior to training and my volunteer experience/self teaching myself skills I’d get rejection letters based on qualifications. Now it’s rejections due to company restructuring or business needs changing. I would think my skillset is semi niche - (highly adaptable I.e. can go from healthcare compliance, to consumer protection laws to contract law, to creating my own USDA Compliant plant importing business from scratch - general compliance - in the sense that I have extreme flexibility with legal analysis/research/interpreting state & federal regulations and then applying them either to insure compliance or to assist with catching a no

So was I never actually pregnant? Prefacing by saying I have pcos so sometimes I can go two months without a period. Anyways I thought I had multiple positives, at least 10 different tests lines coming up within 1 minute. Tested again just to confirm and both tests came back negative. Obviously I feel relieved but also really confused. One with diluted pee so it’s not the hook effect. I mean I guess not surprising because we did use contraception but im not really sure how I pissed 10+ false positives lol.
