Free 2 year peacock keeps dropping off

I had a 2 year peacock promotion offer with my subscription ($50 mo for 5 year gig plan). I'm only 8 months in and seemingly every time I use peacock I have no subscription. I follow the activate peacock link and it works for a day or so then drops back off.

How can I get it to "stick"? Having to re activate every time I want to use the service is getting annoying. It seems to work fine, says it's managed by Xfinity, etc then just disappears. Rinse and repeat.
