Detroit Area Service Quality?

How reliable / responsive is the Detroit area Rivian service? How has your experience been?

I posted about a year ago and now we’re looking at a used R1…. We’ve been through the Tesla “sorry no parts for the next few months” experience when Tesla was still newish, and we’d hate to repeat that.

Thoughts?
