Thoughts on this parts list for upgrading an older pc?

Hello! I'm hoping to upgrade my pc that was built in 2018. After talking it through with someone over at pcpartpicker, I thought I'd post the list here for consideration as well. Also, not sure when's the best time to snag parts. Now? Wait for deals? I'm new to this so bear with me. Some of the parts are pretty old, but I'm hoping to use the motherboard until it dies so I don't have to buy another windows key haha. I'm unsure of the video card. I don't understand all the different options and what's better for all the different price points.

I've mostly just used this PC as a lightroom workhorse and whatever games on steam I've felt like trying out, which is usually openworld sandbox stuff. It was a beast for a long time, but it's definitely starting to seem its age. I'd love to be able to play Crimson Desert (cries in current PS5 lagging woes), and perhaps the new GTA when it comes out.
