How common are free practice hours at your studios?

Hi everyone!

Relatively new pole dancer, have been doing it for almost two years at a studio in my city ( Europe). When I first started, the plan was paying a certain amount of money for 1 hour of pole training class with an instructor, and the option to join any of the 4 free practice classes ( 1 hour each, no instructor present) that were available in reasonable hours during the week. Now, during these last 6 months, these practice hours have been reduced to almost none, which naturally affects my overall progress in pole.

Therefore, I was wondering about what it's like in your studios. Do they offer practice hours at all? Do you have to pay extra to participate in them? Am I being completely unreasonable in my rationale of firmly believing that practice hours should exist ? And that if they don't, then maybe the overall price that we as students pay per month should also be adjusted?
