Backslide

Kind of bummed that I'm back on diamox and that it's helping. I'd been able to stop taking it for about 9 months and considered myself in remission. However, the last couple of weeks I'd been getting signs that either my migraines were ramping up or possibly my pressure headaches were back. I finally gave in after several days where my migraine meds weren't working and I was starting to feel pretty intense pain in my neck and upper back despite doing nothing strenuous. I'm so mad that even one day of diamox has made me feel comparatively amazing because I've been enjoying not having the side effects that affect my quality of life (random naps, constant fatigue, bruising). Hopefully I can do a short stint and then try tapering down again. Just venting since this is nowhere near as severe as my initial diagnosis, but discouraging to be back on the meds.
