Are TERRIFYING nightmares a sign of psychosis coming back?

I’ve been doing a decent work placement and taking music lessons. It’s not as good as life used to be in general before my first psychosis, but it’s something. However in my sleep I’ve been having TERRIFYING nightmares- tonight Paige Bueckers was a backrooms/SCP monster and I was in this dark Roblox game where she was trying to brutally murder me and the other kids. Ive been having a nightmare every night. Does this mean my psychosis is returning?
