Should I euthenize my cat with Chronic Kidney Disease?

I'm not 100% sure what stage of Chronic Kidney Disease my cat is in. I suspect stage 3.

The good: She still sits and cuddles with me. She's always been a lap cat and remains so even now

The bad: She barely eats anymore, she pees in random places, and most concerning of all she can barely walk. She limps around, and occasionally falls over.

It breaks my heart to see her that way. I'm aware Kidney Disease is ultimately terminal but I'm uncertain if she can make a comeback here for a bit longer or not.
