Fiber Question

I currently have Comcast business internet service to my home office. The connection is via coax. There was a Comcast contractor in my alley (city of Chicago) yesterday and they stated they were running fiber for Comcast on the utility pole that provides my coax.

My question is, is this to support FTTH or support coax upgrade to DOCSIS 4.0?
