Need a new vet - seeking recommendations

I have been going to the same vet (on the Rockville Pike) for the last 10 years, and I have noticed the prices have shot up dramatically over the last couple of years. I initially attributed this to inflation and rising prices, but I just found out my vet is now under the thumb of private equity: https://privateequityvet.org/vet-list/

I am not sure when my vet sold out, but it’s disappointing and I’m looking for a new vet.

I need a vet who is good with cats and not exorbitantly priced. I am willing to pay fair prices but am not interested in making a private equity firm rich off my pet’s bloodwork and X-rays. I don’t mind driving a bit for a quality vet.
