Seeking a specific old spellbook

So when I was a child, I was an avid reader and I loved witches. My mother bought me my first spellbook at a secondhand bookstore and I've been looking for a copy of it ever since. It was a slim volume, and very narrow. A light aqua-teal blue cover with a black tree on it and white writing and the only other color was a red moon shining through the black branches. I don't remember what it was called but it had among the other spells, instructions on how to harvest and use a mandrake root and a spell for transfiguration that had some eyebrow-raising ingredients. Does anyone have ANY idea what I'm talking about? I bought it in the 1980s but may have been from the 1960s or 1970s.
