Orange cat energy

I think this is allowed please let me know if not.

I just got my kitten neutered today. Hes normally pretty playful.

My other cat (3 years old but likes to act like a kitten) is getting fixed in October.

My kitten is super playful today, like some crank him to an 1000 and hes doing to all. To the point that my other cat is getting annoyed and trying to tell him stop but im also trying to calm the kitten down because hes suppose to be on reduced activity for the time being.

How do I calm him down so he can recover and reopen his wound or something?
