Basically the title, but I'll give some context:

I've \[23\] had my cat \[4F, spayed\] for a year and a half. She was a rescue and lived on the street for two years before she was taken to a shelter. I adopted her when I was living at my moms, which had three floors and a large backyard that I let her run around in. She's very timid and skittish, she'll still run out of a room when I sand up or there's a loud noise, but she's improved so much in the time I've had her. When I first started letting her sleep in my room, she peed in my bed a few times. I did research - I cleaned my mattress throughly, got a waterproof mattress cover, got new sheets, got the feliway spray and room diffuser, added a litter box, and used enzyme cleaners, vinegar/water mixes, and baking soda. And she stopped.

But a month ago, I moved halfway across the U.S. We now live in a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, and small bathroom. There's a small fenced in yard that only one neighbor and I share, but I haven't let my cat go out. She only has one litter box and its in my room, where she spends 90% of her time. Her food and water are also in my room. I use feliway spray all around the apartment and the room diffuser in my room. I'm also a student, so I spend 8ish hours away from home a day.

At first, my cat spent most of her time under my bed. She slowly migrated from under my bed to around my bed, then to using my whole room. She's free to access the whole apartment, but is really nervous around my roommate and doesn't usually leave my room unless my roommate is gone. Two weeks ago, she started peeing in my bed again. I did everything -- enzyme cleaner, vinegar/water mix, baking soda, washing everything right away, keeping the litter box super clean, extra feliway spray, more play time, and sticking to a schedule for predictability. Nothing has worked. She's peed in my bed like 3 times a week the last two weeks. I've been up for a few extra hours at night several times, spent money on laundry, and I'm at my wits end.

I can't keep her out of my room, its her sanctuary. I could add a second litter box, but it would also have to be in my room. I could also buy new blankets and sheets, but I'm on a tight budget and would rather not spend the money if its not necessary.

I have a vet appointment scheduled for next week so we can either address or rule out a medical issue. In the meantime, what can I do to preserve my sanity and sheets?

TLDR: I just moved and despite my best efforts, my cat keeps peeing in my bed. Any advice is appreciated.
