For those of you in the advocacy/nonprofit/activism spaces: what topics do you wish got more attention around Fort Wayne?

Good afternoon Fort Wayne people,

In the age of enshittification, misinformation, and inflammatory rhetoric, what are some things in our community you wish we had more spaces to talk about?
Things that maybe a local news don’t spent time covering, or that they’ve covered and you were disappointed with the discussion around it, or that are happening under our noses and you only learn about it through Facebook or whatever.

What are some things you wish you had a group of like-minded people to discuss with?

I personally have been struggling to find community in spaces that aren’t already well-established or like a formal organization and while there’s a lot of value in those, it’s hard to truly connect with others over a single event. Im curious to know if anyone else has interests in topics that aren’t currently represented.
