Selling HTH FLB Team in 20-Year-Old Dynasty League; Will Transfer Early December 2026

I'm exiting the league I've been part of for two decades. We commoditize everything in the league, so I'd like to sell my team rather than be replaced.

The league is designed to mirror managing a real MLB team. Details:

• 16 teams, two leagues, four divisions; leagues/divisions are realigning for 2027; leagues/divisions typically hold for ~10 years
• League managed on CBS
• Yearly buy-in is only about $120; half league fees, half prize pool
• MLB players are drafted to contracts that can last up to four years
• Very deep rosters: >30 player majors roster plus drafted prospects (late value picks go a very long way)
• Prospects can be drafted from anywhere: international, college, high school, etc.
• Trades can involve basically anything: cash, picks, prospects, whatever
• Shortened rosters for playoffs, like in MLB
• The team you're buying just made a championship run and is therefore depleted on prospects/good long-term contracts; but hey, the team you build will be truly your own
• League has contingencies in place for a 2027 MLB lockout/shortened season
