Here in Fellowship we're auctioning the last plot on Downtown Level V, South West 2. It is the stone/gravel facade.

This plot is located on the most populous level which has two rail stations, two factory buildings, and multiple shops and residences. Rent is 1d per month as with all plots on that level within the Hexagon, though your rent will be paid for the first three months.

The minimum bid for the plot starts at 7d and will continue for 48 hours. If the last bid comes within 1 hour of the end bidding period the auction will be extended by 1 hour.
